Doug Bradley is the original actor who played Pinhead.
He played the part for eight consecutive films, beginning with the original Hellraiser (1987 film) and ending with Hellraiser: Hellworld which was released in 2005.
In 2022, Doug Bradley reprised his role as Pinhead, for the video game Dead by Daylight.
