Hellraiser (2011) is a remake of the original Clive Barker film.

1. It was announced that the french horror director Pascal Laugier would be slated to direct as Clive Barker was a great fan of his work.
2. The team slated to write and direct this movie is now said to be Todd Farmer and Patrick Lussier.
3. Clive Barker is no longer on board the highly anticipated re-imagining of a fantasy terror classic. In fact, he has repeatedly referred to this movie on Twitter by asking his fans for any news on it, and commented they should change the title of this movie to HELLRAISER: FUCKED (http://twitter.com/#!/RealCliveBarker/status/27606983020)
