Oliver Smith is an actor who appeared in Hellraiser (1987 film) and Hellbound: Hellraiser II.
He played skinless Frank Cotton (credited as Frank the Monster) in both films and also played the mentally ill patient Browning in Hellraiser II.
Smith has been interviewed, over the years, for a number of Hellraiser related documentaries.
