The Pillar of Souls was a statue that served as a prison for Pinhead, the lead Cenobite of the Hellraiser franchise. The Pillar of Souls was a rectangular sculpture that was covered in images of humans being tormented.

At the end of the movie, two movers are removing Dr. Channard's items from his home. After one of them gets pulled inside the bloodied mattress, the other witnesses the pillar rise from within the mattress.
Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth[]
It is revealed that Pinhead is trapped inside the pillar due to the events of the previous film and the realization of his humanity. J.P. Monroe had later purchased the pillar for his nightclub.
